Molbik AI terms of service

By accessing or using Molbik AI, a software platform operated by Caramol Technology LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform or automated app generation services.

Wallet and billing

Molbik AI operates on a prepaid compute wallet model:

• Wallet credits are purchased on-demand (1 Credit = ₹1 INR base rate) and deduct based on actual generation, visual editing, and live deployment usage.
• Purchased credits have lifetime validity and do not expire.
• Free promotional seed credits and referral bonuses cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred between accounts.
• If your wallet balance reaches zero, active apps remain protected during a temporary grace window, after which live traffic may be paused until a recharge is completed.

Software rights

Your Business Data: You retain complete ownership rights over all business workflows, prompts, logos, and custom customer data uploaded to the platform.

Generated Code & Licensing: You are granted a full commercial license to use, host, and export the applications generated through Molbik AI for your commercial operations. You are free to export standard production code without vendor lock-in. You may not resell or claim ownership of the underlying Molbik AI compiler architecture itself.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Molbik AI to build or host software that:

• Violates applicable local, national, or international laws and regulations.
• Infringes on third-party intellectual property or copyright agreements.
• Distributes malicious software, unauthorized scraping tools, or phishing portals.
• Attempts unauthorized reverse engineering or overload attacks against our infrastructure.

Caramol Technology LLP reserves the right to suspend projects that violate acceptable use principles to protect network security.

Service terms

Molbik AI delivers software via automated AI models. While we aim for production stability, applications must be reviewed and tested prior to enterprise mission-critical deployments. In no event shall Caramol Technology LLP be liable for direct or indirect losses arising from downtime, third-party provider failures, or prompt compilation variances.
